The Downing Street "Memo" is a document containing meeting minutes transcribed during a British Prime Minister's meeting made eight months prior to the invasion of Iraq in March 2003. The Times of London printed it in May 2005. This site provides information about the "meaning and context of these documents as they relate to the Bush administration's case for war."
