Dozens of stereographic (three-dimensional) images first published to advertise the 1915 World's Fair in San Francisco, known formally as the Panama Pacific International Exposition. "Viewing the Stereographs" includes instructions for making or purchasing the 3-D lenses required to fully appreciate the special effects.
