Plant Amnesty
This site promotes the activities of a Seattle organization whose mission is "to end the senseless torture and mutilation of trees and shrubs." The group promotes awareness and respect for plants, encourages proper pruning techniques, alerts and educates the public, improves landscape management practices, and offers a free referral and reference service. Includes events, classes, resources, a newsletter, multiple-choice quiz, adopt-a-plant list, and slide show of yard art.
