Emotions Anonymous (EA)
EA is a fellowship "of people who come together in weekly meetings for the purpose of working toward recovery from emotional difficulties." Tools of the program (similar to Alcoholics Anonymous) include EA's "Twelve Steps," "Twelve Traditions," "Twelve Helpful Concepts," and its "Twelve Promises." Additionally, there is a searchable list of world meetings. The site may be viewed in Spanish, Japanese, Swedish, French, and German.
