Collection of U.S. government publications with statistics about civil court cases in state and federal courts. Includes information about federal tort trials and verdicts, punitive damage awards, contract trials, intellectual property theft, medical malpractice lawsuits, and civil rights cases. Dates of publications vary, but most are from the mid-1990s to the present. From the U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics.
