Registered Traveler Pilot Program
"The Registered Traveler (RT) pilot programs allow qualified volunteer participants to benefit from expedited security screening [for airline travel]. ... Volunteers provided information about themselves in order for TSA to conduct a security assessment to determine eligibility for participation.
