EPA's Position on the Energy Crisis
This position paper from 1974 followed the Arab oil embargo of 1973. "This paper is intended to discuss the causes of the difficult energy situation we face, the effect of the nation's environmental program on energy supplies, the action EPA has taken to deal with the crisis, and EPA's stance on pertinent energy/environmental issues."
