Material primarily related to a lawsuit filed by a former Parke-Davis employee who "alleged that the company violated federal regulations by engaging in systematic efforts to promote the drug gabapentin (Neurontin) for uses not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration." Includes marketing reports and internal documents and legal documents pertaining to the case (settled in May 2004).
