International Harm Reduction Association (IHRA)
This organization promotes "evidence based harm reduction policies and practices on a global basis for all psychoactive substances (including illicit drugs, tobacco and alcohol)." Its site features collections of about 50 publications on topics such as HIV prevention and care, policing and illicit drugs, and tobacco harm reduction. Also includes news about IHRA activities and events. Some material only available to members.
