Companion to a 2006 retrospective of the work of Ettore Sottsass, the Italian architect and designer who is "best known for his association with the groundbreaking Memphis design collaborative of the 1980s" and who died in December 2007. Includes an illustrated essay describing his furniture, ceramics, glass, and product designs. Also includes links to additional Sottsass and Memphis works in the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).
