Small exhibit of artwork painted and sketched during the travels of botanical illustrator Jeanne Russell Janish, during her travels between 1930-1953. Includes a biography of Janish, who "was the first woman graduate to earn an advanced degree in geology" from Stanford University, and who "produced some 11,500 illustrations for 32 major books and many shorter works in biology, geology, and botany."
