Bird Strike Committee USA
Website for an organization concerned with "[b]ird and other wildlife strikes to aircraft [which] annually cause well over $600 million in damage to U.S. civil and military aviation." Of particular interest to a general audience are "Top 10 Bird Strike Myths" and a list of significant bird and wildlife strikes. Bird Strike Committee USA is a volunteer organization steered by members from the Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Department of Defense, and industry.
