Legislative Building Photograph Collection, 1928-1965
This online exhibit celebrates the December 2004 re-opening of the Washington State Legislative Building. Presents a brief history and statistics about the building, which was designed by Walter R. Wilder and Harry K. White. Includes photographs and images of the building's predecessors, its dome, elevations, floor plans, construction plans, stone-cutting details, interiors, the surrounding government buildings, and the damage that occurred in the earthquakes of 1949 and 1965.
