Coastal Clash
This site is a companion to a "documentary produced by KQED Public Television, [which] takes an in-depth look at the many sides of the struggle for California's shores." The site features information about how beaches are created and coastal development and armoring, locations along the California coast, and recreation and preservation topics (including private ownership and public access issues). Also includes images, audio clips of the soundtrack, and a teacher's guide.
