A brief description of the Hindu Festival of Lights and its celebration over five days (Dhantrayodashi, Narakchaturdashi, Laxmipujan [New Moon Day], Bali Pratipada, and Bhaubij). On the western calendar, Divali usually takes place from late October to early November.
