Your Disease Risk
An assessment tool that estimates risks of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, and stroke. The site focuses on prevention and offers eight lifestyle recommendations: maintain a health weight, exercise regularly, don't smoke, eat a healthy diet, drink alcohol in moderation (if at all), protect yourself from the sun, protect yourself from sexually transmitted infections (SDIs), and get screening tests. Developed by the Harvard Center for Cancer Prevention; maintained by the Washington University School of Medicine.
