The Bear Facts ...
Small collection of information about the Teddy bear. Includes a timelime showing how in 1903 President Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt agreed that a toy bear with his name could be made, and fun facts, such as "the scientific term for teddy bear collecting is arctophily." This material was prepared to accompany the Bears in Toytown exhibit, held at the Provincial Museum of Alberta, Canada.
