CHIN is an electronic gateway to Canadian museum and heritage-related information. It includes the Virtual Museum of Canada , Artefacts Canada , databases and reference tools such as the Artists in Canada Database , the Ship Information Database , the Directory of Canadian Museums , the online journal Heritage Forum , and many other resources of interest to educators, researchers, and tourists. CHIN is a Special Operating Agency within the federal Department of Canadian Heritage. Also available in French.
