Artefacts Canada
This searchable site has "access to information on millions of museum objects, natural history specimens and archaeological sites," presenting the records of several museums and heritage organizations. Thousands of images are available (search allows limiting to images). It is divided into "Humanities," which contains "art objects, social history artifacts, and much more", "Life Sciences," with items from the natural world; and "Archaeological Sites," with information on digs throughout Canada. Also available in French.
