Excluded Parties List System (EPLS)
EPLS "identifies those parties excluded throughout the U.S. Government (unless otherwise noted) from receiving Federal contracts or certain subcontracts and from certain types of Federal financial and nonfinancial assistance and benefits." Search for excluded parties by name, government agency, state or country, and several other factors. Site includes report generation tools, cause and treatment code descriptions, agency and acronym details, a FAQ, and other references and tools.
