Keep on (Taco) Trucking
This April 2008 article features a description of some of Los Angeles' taco trucks (mobile food vendors) and notes that the "L.A. County Board of Supervisors passed a law basically outlawing taco trucks, making it a crime for them to linger at one location for more than an hour."
