Description:
A history of wine beginning with the ancient Neolithic Period and continuing through the Egyptian and Mesopotamian cultures. Included is a brief description of archaeological chemistry a process for determining from what time and space are these archaeological finds. Additionally, there is a map of the ancient Near East and part of Egypt showing the modern wild grape’s locations and where the ancient grape was found. Additionally, there is a description of the domestic and wild grape. A glossary and a page of related links are also available.
