Theo Kearney (1842-1906), an immigrant to California who made his wealth in the raisin vineyards of the San Joaquin Valley and who was described by the San Francisco Chronicle in 1895 as "the Prince of Fresno." Features illustrated essays and timeline covering Kearney's role as a rancher and benefactor (he bequeathed his estate to the University of California). Also includes material about visiting the Fresno park that bears his name.
