Audubon Christmas Bird Count URL: http://www.audubon.org/bird/cbc/ Description: Official site for the Audubon Society "early-winter bird census, where volunteers follow specified routes through a designated 15-mile (24-km) diameter circle, counting every bird they see or hear all day." Provides background on the count, which occurs annually from December 14 to January 5, and current and historical data from counts.
