Simplified instructions for administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) "when an adult has a sudden cardiac arrest." The site states that studies have concluded that "Hands-Only CPR [in which the aider pushes hard and fast in the center of the chest], can be as effective as conventional CPR."
