This exhibition "seeks to provide a general view of the complex interactions between 'the West' and 'the East' as reflected in stereographic images. The countries shown include Algeria, Egypt, India, Morocco, Palestine (modern Israel, West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and parts of Egypt, Syria and Jordan), Tunisia and Turkey." Includes an image gallery (images taken between 1890 and 1940), anaglyphs, and letters and maps. From the California Museum of Photography, University of California, Riverside.
