When you sign in to The Interactive Healthy Eating Index with age and gender information, it will compare your diet to the food pyramid and give you a score based on analysis of the foods and quantities you provide, as compared to recommended intake levels. The Index requires screen setting and display of at least 800x600 DPI and 256 colors.
