Over a thousand digitized films focusing "on everyday life, culture, industry, and institutions in North America in the 20th century." They are mostly "ephemeral films" made between 1927 and 1987, often educational and propaganda films shown in schools and to army personnel, promotions of products or companies, and news features. These large files must be saved to disk to view; even with a fast connection, be prepared to wait.
