The Visible Human Project view detail comment email this

This National Library of Medicine project consists of digitized images of male and female human cadavers which were scanned using CAT and MRI techniques. The bodies were then frozen and sliced into paper thin sections which were photographed digitally. The animated head-to-toe trip through the male cryosections, from the images and animations sampler, is especially worthwhile.

Over 13,000 brain images and 30 clinical cases. There are MRI, tomographic, and nuclear medicine images. There is a primer on neuroimaging.
