FunBrain has over 50 educational games that children will love to play. Games include a variety in each subject area: math, language arts, science, history, other. Each subject section has a K-12 grade level chart. With free registration, teachers can use the Quiz Lab, which offers services such as grading quiz results and authoring specific quizzes for the classroom. There is also a parents page and a weekly current events game, the Brain Bowl .

Started as an experiment to interest young girls in the Internet, it features "Cyberbarn" interactive games that introduce children to science, math, and technology through their interest in horses; pen pal pages; chat; and an e-mail journal maintained by young adults. Includes links to topics such as "Vet Rap," and "Trainer’s Talk" as well as information and photos on the horse in history, sport, art, and science. Lists associations, colleges, and camps and includes a "Rider’s Library."
