Background and research materials about combined heat and power (CHP), which "refers to a set of technologies that produce both electricity and steam from a single fuel at a facility located near the consumption point." Includes an illustrated introduction to CHP, policy papers, case studies, and many other documents. This 2005 report "presents, for the first time, specific air pollutant information from 2002 for individual fossil fuel-fired power plants across North America."
