The site contains the full text of their quarterly publication Roma Rights (back to 1996), fact sheets on Romani in European countries, position papers, and other publications. Describes present day Irish and Scottish gypsies living in the United States, whose ancestors immigrated to America after 1850, and how the cultural, linguistic, and historical traditions of these two groups differ. Also discusses groups from England ("Romnichels"); Serbia, Russia, and Austria-Hungary ("Rom"); Germany ("Black Dutch"); and eastern Europe.
