Released January 2001, this is the result of a 15-month investigation by the U.S. Department of the Army into reports that Korean refugees were killed by US soldiers in the vicinity of No Gun Ri in late July 1950. The 300-page report is available by chapter and requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
