Website for the national antiquities museum in Iraq, which was originally opened in 1923 and moved to a new building in 1966. The "galleries" section includes images of works from time periods such as the Stone Age, Ancient Sumerian, Assyrian, Chaldean, Arab before Islam, and Islamic. This is museum "America's oldest continuously operating museum," located in Salem, Massachusetts. It encompasses American decorative arts; Asian, Oceanic, and African arts and culture; Asian export art; early American architecture;maritime art and history (including scrimshaw and folk art, a section on signal flags systems, and ship riggings); Native American art and archaeology; and natural history.
