This noncommercial site focuses on textiles and tribal weavings from the Caucasus and Central Asia. It hosts a virtual salon in which chosen topics are discussed and later archived. Also included are weaving maps for Turkoman and Caucasian groups, as well as attribution guides that describe the main characteristics of the featured weaving groups including Chodor, Salor, Tekke, and Yomut.
