Website for this center that "supports research into our world's frozen realms: the snow, ice, glaciers, frozen ground, and climate interactions that make up Earth's cryosphere." Search or browse data collections, read publications and news, and view images of glaciers and icebergs. The Education Center section has basic information about the cryosphere, frozen ground, snow, and related topics. Part of the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences, University of Colorado at Boulder.

The heart of this site is the snow reports for the Southern Hemisphere, North America, and Europe. When you pick an area, the names of the resorts (linked to their home pages) are arranged on a grid with columns for New Snow in Inches in the Last 24 Hours, Snow Depth, Surface, Lifts, Trails, Cross Country, and Notes. This site has a lot more information in columns (archived) that review equipment and various ski areas.
