DEFA's [(Deutsche Film-Aktiengesellschaft)] Film Library "is the only archive and study center outside Europe devoted to the study of the cinema of the former GDR [German Democratic Republic] as well as films dealing with Eastern Germany since unification." The site features a list of available films, and a variety of teaching and resource materials, including bibliographies, information about DEFA film criticism, a list of archives and study centers, a discussion list, and related links.
