Launched in February 2001, the Measles Initiative, a joint project of the American Red Cross, UNICEF, CDC, and other international groups, "is a long-term commitment to control measles deaths starting in Africa by vaccinating at-risk children 15 years old and younger." The site provides a description of the problem and solution, a FAQ, a map with a description of campaigns, a photo gallery, and more. Also includes material about anti-malaria efforts.
