"On June 25, 1995, after a long debate, the German Bundestag passed a resolution establishing a 'Monument to the Murdered Jews of Europe' at the very centre of Berlin." This site features an overview of the project (which was completed in 2005) and its design by New York architect Peter Eisenman Provides a video showing images of the memorial. In English and German.
